Policies
As we operate as a small group class, it is important to cancel your class at least 24 hours before the class is due to start.
If you cancel earlier than 24 hours, a full refund will be given or credit added back to your membership or pack.
If you cancel within 24 hours, you will, unfortunately, lose your class credit or be automatically charged.
For those classes that have sold out you can go on a waitlist. Should anyone cancel you will be notified and given the opportunity to book the space that has become available.
All clients must complete a medical info and waiver before attending the studio for the first time.
